On January 31, 2015 the Gabriola Arts Council will be presenting The Chair Affair fundraiser to help cover some of the costs of improvements to the W.I. Hall. 45 original chairs that have called the W.I. Hall home for many years have been designed, decorated and transformed into works of art by many of Gabriola’s local artisits. Advanced bidding is currently taking place with the minimum bid being $100.

Starting at 7 pm on January 31st at the Community Hall all ticket holders ($10 at the door or in advance at North Road Sports) will be treated to to a live auction, live entertainment, cash bar, good eats and much more (childcare available). For more info visti the Gabriola Arts Council website.
