It has been years in the making but it looks as though we are getting closer and closer to have our own radio station CKGI 98.7 fm. There is a meeting scheduled with the CRTC and we as a community are being asked for support. Community support carries a lot of weight in the evaluation of the application. If you feel so inclined to write a letter it can be emailed or sent the old fashioned way via snail mail to the CRTC. Let them know why you feel we need a radio station, it can be short but it must be your own, any templated letters with identical wording will be discounted.
