It is that time of the season where we are looking for small gifts to take to hosts of holiday gatherings and I have come across some great ones! If you are heading out to a friends for dinner swing by the Village Liquor Store (find them on facebook) and check out their assortment of fantastic craft beers and great wines. If you are looking for something other than the above drop by Gabriola Artworks and grab some soap from Panacea Herbs or some beautiful beeswax or soy candles. If you are needing to bring a dish but don’t have time pick up take out from Woodfire and for the month of December they will pay the taxes on take-out items, or swing by Mad Rona’s Coffee Bar and buy some of their fantastic baked goods to bring as dessert (especially the eggnog cheesecake bar and the flourless chocolate cake).There are so many possibilities, the sky is the limit!
